Dr. Kulsoom is currently working as a Consultant Breast Surgeon in Hamad Medical Corporation and Instructor in Clinical Surgery in Weill Cornell Medical College. She is trained in general surgery and specialized in breast surgery. She is a Fellow of Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and also did her European Board in Oncoplastic Surgery. She is a core member of Breast Multidisciplinary team in Hamad and Associate Director Breast Fellowship Program in HMC.
