David's impressive nursing journey began at Western Mindanao State University and later awarded twice in becoming an outstanding alumnus. He pursued his PhD at CLSU - Science City of Munoz and earned a post-grad diploma in the advanced practice of Modern Management & Administration from CIC, UK. He is a FELLOW of the Faculty of Nursing & Midwifery at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
David embarked on a remarkable 17-year career in Saudi Arabia, initially as a Nurse Manager and later promoted to the post of the "first MALE FILIPINO" Director of Nursing while in Makkah Al Mukarramah.
In recognition of quality discipline, he received another prestigious FELLOW distinction from The International Society for Quality (Dublin) in 2017. In addition to his leadership role while in Saudi Arabia, David served as an adjunct Professor in four renowned Centers Of Excellence (COE) in nursing universities. Currently, he holds memberships in two esteemed Honor Societies of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau and Beta Nu Delta Honor Society.
Joining Doha on Oct 2018, David Hali added to the new team of nurse leaders in Women’s Wellness & Research Center as Director of Nursing for Critical Care & Peri Operative Nursing. He has over 23 years of both clinical, administrative, leadership roles and academic experience.
