With nearly two decades of nursing experience, Ms. Muna presently holds the position of Director of Nursing Education since 2021. From 2017, she served as the Acting Director of Nursing Education for ACC and NMED, overseeing the perioperative portfolio. Spearheading the Patient Care Assistant Training Program, she nurtures future healthcare professionals. Her tireless dedication is evident in ongoing efforts to secure Patient Care Assistants' licensure at HMC. Amid the pandemic, she provided unwavering support as a pivotal leader at Rass Laffan General Hospital. As the Educational Lead for Nurse-led discharge and Pre-anesthesia Assessment Clinic Program, she presented these papers at the recent ICN Congress 2023 in Montreal, Canada. She continues to lead corporate nursing events and has fostered international collaborations, culminating in organizing landmark events like GCC Nurses Day, International Nurses Day, Arab Nursing and Midwifery Conference, and Perioperative Nursing Symposiums.
