Dr Saifeldeen is a graduate of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) and holds a Fellowship of Emergency Medicine from the Royal College of Emergency Medicine, UK. Dr Saifeldeen also holds a Masters in Healthcare Management from RCSI.
Dr Saifeldeen previously served as chair of Emergency Medicine at Hamad Medical Corporation and currently leads the national health strategy for emergency and urgent care.
