Prof. Ahmed Emad Mahfouz, MD FRCR
Prof. Ahmed Mahfouz is a Consultant Radiologist at Hamad Medical Corporation and Associate Professor of Radiology, Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar (WCMC-Q).
He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, Egypt in 1983, trained as Radiology resident and obtained the M.Sc. and MD degrees in Radiology from Cairo University, Egypt. He has been a Professor of Radiology at Cairo University, Egypt since 2004.
He had two Body Imaging Fellowships in Germany (1990-1992) and France (1994-1995) and has published a number of articles and book chapters in Radiology with emphasis on Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
