Teambuilding event

Team building in a psychiatry program focuses on activities that enhance collaboration and communication among residents and leadership members. The goal is to strengthen relationships, trust, and teamwork, ultimately improving patient care and professional development.

Activities may include case discussions, clinical workshops, and social events, allowing members to understand each other's strengths and roles better. This cohesive team culture promotes personal and professional well-being, leading to increased job satisfaction and improved patient outcomes as members work together more effectively

Graduation ceremony

The graduation ceremony for our new psychiatry graduates celebrates their successful completion of training and marks their transition into professional practice. This significant event recognizes the hard work and dedication of each resident, as they receive certificates and accolades from faculty and peers.

The ceremony provides an opportunity for graduates to reflect on their experiences, express gratitude to mentors, and foster a sense of community. It emphasizes the commitment to excellence in mental health care as these new professionals embark on their careers ready to make meaningful contributions to the field.

Muaither event

We host a biannual event for our patients at the long-term residential villas in Muaither, featuring a variety of activities, games, and delicious food. This day is all about celebrating our patients and highlighting their importance to us, as well as showing our commitment to their well-being.

These events create a joyful atmosphere where patients can engage with our doctors in a relaxed setting. The smiles and appreciation we receive from patients reflect the positive impact of these gatherings, reinforcing our dedication to fostering a supportive community focused on their mental health and happiness.
