HMC
is committed to delivering excellence in health, education and research
and to continuous improvement. The Stars of Excellence Awards are a
chance for staff to celebrate the achievements of the past 12 months and
look to the future to ensure continuous enhancements to HMC’s services.
The
award categories of health, education and research, link to the
fundamental pillars that stand at the heart of HMC, and are also the
core elements supporting HMC’s academic health system. All projects
submitted in these categories are important to the future of HMC and
demonstrate the commitment of staff to the organizational goals.
Hundreds of projects were put forward for recognition, which is representative of the great work being done at HMC.
The
Stars of Excellence Awards are also an opportunity to recognize
projects and teams that have contributed to the delivery of safe,
effective and compassionate care to each and every one of our patients.
