This highly sophisticated and robust system allows for improved reporting and performance monitoring of the contact center, which in turn provides for enhanced patient services.
 
Rising Star: LUCAS Chest Compression Device
In order to save lives in the event of sudden cardiac arrest, a steady supply of oxygen to the heart and brain is required. In an effort to improve the quality of care, the Hamad Medical Corporation Ambulance Service acquired automated LUCAS chest compression devices in order to provide a safe and efficient means of performing CPR in accordance with the latest scientific guidelines.
