AL UBANAN joined Hamad Medical Corporation in 2018 with over 17years of healthcare experience. He has held Charge Nurse position in Male Orthopedic Unit 2, (from 2018 to present).
In his role as Charge Nurse, Mr. Al Ubanan assumes responsibility and accountability for the delivery of safe, high quality clinical care within the surgical units. Focuses on improving outcomes and experiences for surgical patients and their families and carer’s pre and post operatively and during the early discharge phase.
Prior to HMC, Mr. Al Ubanan worked in Care National Hospital in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for over 8 years as a Charge nurse and a Clinical Resource nurse.
Currently he is one of the Charge Nurse in Surgical Specialty Center. He has worked in Adapting the fall tips tool as the Unit team leader and collaborating with Nursing Educators in Implementing the project in HMC Corporation.
Mr Al Ubanan graduated from Davao Doctors College, Philippines, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in March 2006. Mr. Al Ubanan is also a US Registered Nurse.
