2008 Graduated from AL Mansoura university, Egypt with bachelor's degree in nursing sciences. Master's degree in quality management in health care, she 15 years' experience in total and 12 years in Trauma Resuscitation unit in HGH, Doha.
Currently working as TRU acting nurse educator, trauma resuscitation unit, certified ATCN, ALS, APLS, certified Team stepps master trainer. Actively mentor aspiring nurses by sharing their knowledge and experiences to prioritize patient-centered care models more than ever before.
I was honored to be a speaker in various national and international activities for HMC (WACEM 2018), 1st Qatar trauma nursing symposium, Qatar health 2020 preconference workshop), Scientific committee member as well, presenter in Trauma Nursing Foundation Program &Fundamental critical care for nurses. I am facilitating educational activities, training, and nursing staff development in TRU, HGH.
Ms. Eman has been involved in different medical missions as trauma nurse through provision of emergency care, collaboration with other healthcare professionals, emotional support, training local providers, contributes significantly to improving outcomes for those affected by trauma in underserved areas or regions facing crises.
