Dr. Ashley Meredith is a Clinical Professor in the College of Pharmacy at Purdue University, Indiana (USA). She received her PharmD from the University of Pittsburgh and her Master of Public Health from Purdue Global. She has completed two years of pharmacy residency (ambulatory care/academia). 

At Purdue, Dr. Meredith serves as the Director of Advocacy for the Center for Health Equity and Innovation (CHEqI) and co-director of the Community Health Workforce Development Institute (CHWDI). 

Dr. Meredith’s clinical practice includes providing disease state management for Cardiovascular Risk Reduction adult primary care patients (Eskenazi Health, Indianapolis), implementing clinical pharmacy serves at a free medical clinic (Gennesaret Free Clinic, Indianapolis), and prescribing contraception (Purdue University, West Lafayette). 

Her teaching areas within the College of Pharmacy focus on Reproductive Health and the Pharmacist’s Patient Care Process (PPCP). Dr. Meredith’s research interests include expanding access to contraception via pharmacist prescribing models, assessment of clinical outcomes for pharmacist-managed services, and evaluation of patient satisfaction with pharmacist-managed clinics.
