Session Title: Transforming Culture in a KSA Healthcare Facility using Person-Centered Care Principles
Anne Field is the Chief Quality Officer at the Quality Management department of Prince Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City (SBAHC), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and has been with the organization for nineteen (19) years.
Prior to SBAHC, she worked at King Khaled Eye Specialist Hospital, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for fourteen (14) years as an Infection Control and Risk Management Coordinator. She received a degree in Master of Science in International Management. Anne was awarded with a joint recognition with SBAHC QM Team; National Patient Safety Award, Saudi Patient Safety Center in 2020; Ada'a Health Award, Best Improvement Project, Non-MOH, Highly Commended, 2021; and Patient Safety Award, Platinum Winner, Patient Safety Congress, Dubai, 2022.
