Samer AbuGhazaleh
Session Title: Deploying PREMs and PROMs to Disrupt Silos in Healthcare
Samer AbuGhazaleh is the Chief Operating Officer at King’s College Hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia since June 2023. He was the Chief Experience Officer at the International Medical Center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia between 2016 to 2022.
Samer also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Prince Sultan Cultural Centre in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He was the Chief Operating Officer at International Medical Center from 2009 to 2012. He joined the hospital administration fellowship at Cleveland Clinic between 2007 to 2009.
Samer holds a B.S. and MBA degrees from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, USA as a Fulbright scholar. He received his certification from Six Sigma (Green Belt) and the Beryl Institute in the Body of Knowledge Training.
Samer co-published a paper, titled, “Leveraging Patient-Reported Experience Measures (PREMs) Data to Deploy Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs)-NEJM.”
