Mandy Kilmartin

Mandy Kilmartin, FPCC, is the Director of Global Services at Planetree International. In this role, she provides direction and support for the organization’s growth goals by identifying opportunities to meet the needs of new and existing clients and provide relevant solutions. Mandy joined Planetree in 2017 as an Associate Director, coaching leaders, care providers, and healthcare organizations around the world on their journey to Person-Centered Excellence.
Prior to Planetree, Mandy worked in various roles as a strategic resource for healthcare facilities to improve medical and surgical program efficiency, streamline complex perioperative care pathways, and improve patient access and outcomes. Mandy also worked as the Regional VP of Sales for an e-Health startup, and as an Account Manager for both medical and surgical devices companies before transitioning into consultative roles for care-focused organizations.
