Mr. Nabil Iqeilan
Mr. Iqeilan has an MSc. in Medical Physics from the University of Stockholm (Karolinska Institute), Stockholm, Sweden (2006). He has been certified as a Qualified Medical Physics Professional (a Swedish license to practice) by the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare, Stockholm, Sweden (2006).
He has extensive experience in the field of diagnostic radiology and his duties have included: radiation protection, radiation dosimetry, physics of medical imaging, commissioning, acceptance and routine QC testing of x-ray equipment and teaching junior staff the theoretical and practical basis of radiation protection. He also participated in optimization studies, scientific support to users of x-ray equipment and procurement of new equipment. He is also a consultant on radiation safety standards and measurements.
