Psychiatry Residency Program
Our psychiatry residency program places a strong emphasis on scholarly activities, providing residents with a dedicated research rotation and a comprehensive platform for research, clinical audits, and quality improvement (QI) initiatives. During the research rotation, residents pursue areas of personal interest under the guidance of experienced mentors, frequently presenting their research at conferences or publishing in peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, a research committee actively shares information on ongoing projects, making it easy for residents to find and join relevant studies. All residents are required to submit their scholarly work to the program coordinator at the end of each academic year.
