Research projects requiring DLMP resources must have the prior approval of the DLMP Research Committee and the further agreement of the Medical Research Center (MRC) Finance department.
To apply for research funding, staff must be registered on the ABHATH platform (https://abhath.hamad.qa). To register on to this platform it is necessary to have completed 4 on-line preparatory research modules through the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI Program). This site can be accessed at www.citiprogram.org. These courses include the following modules and when completed the Certificates should be uploaded on to ABHATH. The Basic Course must be repeated after 3 years.
- HMC Biomedical Researchers Basic Course
- HMC Biomedical Researchers HIPS Course
- Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Conflict of Interest (COI)
