Mr. Azhar Mohiuddin Mohammed is the Supervisor of Safety and Quality Management in Transfusion Medicine at HMC. With over 25 years of experience as a lab technologist specializing in transfusion services, he combines technical expertise with a strong focus on quality and safety management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in medical technology and is certified as an AABB assessor, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Furthermore, Mr. Azhar holds an ASCP-BB certification in addition to his SBB course from LifeShare, Louisiana. He played an essential role in achieving and maintaining AABB and CAP accreditations for the Transfusion Medicine Division, demonstrating his commitment to maintaining excellence in the field
