In a large corporate environment in which decisions get bogged down in layers of administration or while waiting for approval to execute, Enaam is a standout. Not one to sit by and wait for things to happen, Enaam makes them happen, all the while imparting the teams she leads with catching energy and passion that empowers them to think big, set stretch goals, and then pursue those goals with such intensity and focus that anything but success is unthinkable.  

With a Bachelor Science of in Nursing from Qatar University followed by a Master of Science in Leadership and Management for Health care practice from the University of Salford, UK, and obtained international executives’ master’s degree in Emergency and disaster management, from Georgetown University. Ms. Enaam is well-versed in demonstrating management best practices. She is a natural leader who has been repeatedly tapped in the workplace for viable and operational leadership of key strategic initiatives. What sets Enaam apart is her willingness to move the process faster in terms of what is possible for a profession, as well as her courage in defining and building a new path forward- a path that propels the profession to new heights of success and growth. 

Ms. Enaam has been with HMC since 2002 with 20 years of vast nursing and leadership experience. She started her nursing career as Staff Nurse, Charge Nurse, Head Nurse, Director of Nursing, Assistant Executive Director of Nursing and reach the position of acting executive director of nursing. She led the team in successful commissioning of the new Trauma and emergency Tower-HGH. She played an active role in managing pandemic crisis and led the team in successfully while commissioning and decommissioning of FHOIA (Field Hospital of Industrial Area) during pandemic.  The commissioning and decommissioning of QVC (Qatar Vaccination Center) for almost 2 years was another well-known accomplishment in her tenure. Ms. Enaam played an extraordinary role while commissioning AAH (Aisha Bint Hamad Al-Attiyah Hospital) and continued in leading the team efficiently.  Ms. Enaam is a member of Disaster Management committee; Qatar and she is a key person in providing Emergency preparedness training to the emergency workforce and developing and facilitating the emergency disaster center functional exercise. She was a leader with great vision accomplished by facilitating the career growth of 31 diploma nurses who was handling leadership role in emergency department to be certified as a Bachelor of Nursing from UCQ.  Enaam is dedicated to assuring a positive patient experience, as well as working with the multidisciplinary team to improve quality, safety, and service at Emergency Department.
