Ms. Fatma Moh’d Al – Komah, MN, RN
 
Acting Executive Director of Nursing/Midwifery

Fatma has been a registered nurse for more than 20 years. She has a diversified and fulfilling career in both clinical and managerial areas. Her extensive nursing experience and impressive credentials have been invaluable in the variety of managerial roles she has held, including Head Nurse, Nursing House Supervisor, and Director of Nursing for the Workforce. Currently, she’s the Acting Executive Director of Nursing/Midwifery at Al Khor Hospital in addition to her current role as Assistant Executive Director of Nursing/Midwifery. She has been affiliated with Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) since 2001. 

She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing with a major in Leadership and Management at the University of Calgary in Qatar (UCQ).  

She actively participated in different leadership trainings and conferences, such as the Young Qatari Leadership Program and the Nightingale Challenge. Recently, she got certified as one of the scholars from the Eastern Mediterranean Region (EMRO) who completed the International Council of Nurses’ (ICN) Global Nursing Leadership Institute. 

She has presented locally, nationally, and internationally on leadership and nursing-related topics, and projects. In fact, she was one of the nursing delegates from Qatar who participated and had an presentation at the ICN Congress 2023 that was held in Montreal, Canada.
