Colonel Hussain had a major role in:
- Establishment and development of Awareness Section in General Directorate of Civil defence, 2010.
- Management and Coordination for Exhibition and Conference of Civil defence for 10 years (2007-2017)
- Management, organization, marketing and fundraising for exhibitions, conferences and workshops for the civil defence.
- Founding of evacuation project in the General Directorate of Civil defence in 2010.
- Organizing, managing and fundraising for international workshop for evacuation in 2010.
- Establishment of international approval program for a search and rescue team in lekhwiya in 2010.
- Organizing and managing the international conference efforts in international disasters and exercise in 2010
- Founder and developer of national project of "Darb el Aman" in 2018.
