Dalia Elasi is a health promotion and community engagement specialist with more than 6 years of professional and academic experiences in the planning, implementation and evaluation of healthcare development projects. Dalia is a Chevening scholarship alumnus and a holder of an MSc of Public Health Degree from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) with specialization in health promotion and is currently working as a technical officer at the Mental Health and Substance Use unit, WHO's Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean in Egypt.

Dalia's major areas of focus are community mobilization, service user involvement, and QualityRights. She is working closely with civil society and community-based organizations help in supporting the meaningful engagement of people living with mental health conditions in the countries of the Eastern Mediterranean Region.
