Patient and Family Advisory Council

The Women’s Wellness and Research Center has established a dedicated Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC), bringing patients, families, and healthcare professionals together in meaningful partnership. Through this collaborative forum, the PFAC members share their experiences, insights, and perspectives to help shape services, enhance care delivery, and improve the overall patient and family experience. PFAC reflects a strong commitment to person-centered care by ensuring that the voices of those we serve remain at the heart of everything we do.

Patient and Family Education Materials

The Women’s Wellness and Research Center develops comprehensive Patient and Family Education Materials to support informed, confident, and active participation in care. These resources are designed to enhance understanding of health conditions, treatment options, and self-care practices, enabling patients and families to make well-informed decisions throughout their healthcare journey. Developed in alignment with person-centered care principles, these materials promote clear communication, shared understanding, and improved health outcomes.

Our Performance

The Women’s Wellness and Research Center monitors its PCC performance through clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that reflect their commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. These KPIs help measure progress in areas such as patient experience, communication, engagement, and service excellence. By regularly tracking and reviewing these indicators, the facility ensures continuous improvement and strengthens its ability to provide care that is responsive to the needs, values, and preferences of patients and their families.
