- First Patient Experience Forum in the Middle East
- CPESE recognized as the first Planetree Professional Development
- PCC Ambassadors Program launched, with 87 active ambassadors
- Compassionate Human Interactions (CHI) Training launched, with over 20,500 HMC staff trained
