Dr. Modar Khalil
Dr Khalil is a Consultant neurologist and a headache specialist. He finished his neurology specialist training at Yorkshire Deanery in the UK in 2015.
He did a fellowship in headache medicine at King's College London under the supervision of Prof Peter Goadsby in 2018.
Dr Khalil helps run the occipital nerve stimulator (ONS) MDT meeting at St Bartholomew's Hospital in London (Bart's Health NHS Trust) besides his general neurology outpatient work with Salford Royal Hospital in Greater Manchester and specialist headache clinic at Spire Hull Hospital in East Riding of Yorkshire
Dr Khalil has published many articles in peer-reviewed journals addressing different aspects of headache care and was a board member of the British Association for the Study of Headache (BASH) in the UK.
