Dr. Raja Barazi, BScPharm, PharmD, BCPS
Clinical Pharmacist

Dr. Raja Barazi is a highly skilled clinical pharmacist with extensive experience in patient care and medication management. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Qatar University and had recently completed the ASHP accredited HMC pharmacy residency. She is also board-certified in Pharmacotherapy. 

With over 9 years of clinical practice, Dr.Barazi has worked in various healthcare settings where she has collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care. Dr. Barazi’s expertise lies in the areas of obstetrics and gynecology and internal medicine. 

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Barazi is actively involved in research. She has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and has presented her research at national and international conferences. Dr.Barazi has a solid academic foundation and a commitment to bridging the gap between education and healthcare. 

She is a dedicated preceptor, mentoring pharmacy students in clinical rotations. Her passion for educating and supporting was evident by being awarded the Idiana Pharmacy Teaching Certificate (IPTeC) program’s 2019-2020 Nicholas G. Popovich Excellence in Teaching Award and she is currently coordinating this certificate program in Qatar. 

Dr. Barazi is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). She is thrilled to share her insights and expertise in reflective practice at this conference and engage in meaningful discussions with fellow educators and healthcare enthusiasts.
