Eng. Robert Moorhead is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over twenty years’ experience in major project and program delivery. He has led major health policy implementation programs including the UK NHS National Program for IT PMO, the Department of Health England commercialization PMO and the UK NHS military health program. He is currently Director of the Program Management Office for the National Health Strategy (NHS) 2011-2016 within the Supreme Council of Health, Qatar and is responsible for supporting the 35 active projects that currently make up the NHS Implementation Program.
