SARADA PRASAD DAKUA is working as a Senior Research Scientist and leading the Artificial Intelligence Unit in Surgical Research Section of Surgery Department, Hamad Medical Corporation, Qatar. He has 15+ years of research experience in computer vision and image processing. His other interests include artificial inteligence, simulation, internet of things, augmented reality, in vitro disease modeling, etc. He has received more than 17 research grants of multimillion US dollars, and published 110+ peer reviewed journal and conference papers over these years. He has also interests in reviewing research proposals & research articles, editing journal articles, and mentoring master & Ph.D. students. He holds a Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology in medical image processing. He also holds an MBA degree in finance and is a certified PMP.
