The Person-Centered Care Ambassadors Program, an initiative of CPESE, was launched in November 2019. This program was designed to improve the hospital experience of patients and families, promote person-centered practices, and cultivate a compassionate volunteer community within the public health system. The PCC Ambassadors represent diverse backgrounds, cultures, and professions, each making a distinctive, positive impact on the lives of HMC patients through their individual contributions.

The PCC Ambassadors Program aligns seamlessly with HMC’s Healthcare Strategy for 2024-2030, which aims to transform healthcare in Qatar by prioritizing high-quality, innovative, and person-centered care. This initiative supports HMC’s commitment to enhancing patient experiences and outcomes, reinforcing the organization’s role as a leader in the healthcare sector.
