Ms. Sadaf Lynes

With extensive experience in the Acute and Mental Health Sector in the NHS UK and recent Middle East experience in Qatar, Sadaf has 17 years healthcare management experience including Director of Strategy and Business Improvement, Assistant Director of Strategy and Assistant Director of Research and Development. In all her posts she has also served as the lead for Intellectual Property programs.  During this time, she established the first Clinical Research facility in Outer North East London, developed and implemented the research strategy which resulted in growing the number of programs and funding capacity and developed the Trust clinical strategy and implemented a business improvement program.  A member of the NHS R&D National Forum, she was also a member of the NHS R&D Board as well on the Acute hospital management lead for the North East London reconfiguration program.

Sadaf has extensive operational experience and has led a wide-range of clinical working groups for emergency pathways, patient pathway & discharge efficiency, maternity, stroke, chemotherapy and pediatric emergency.  She also has in depth knowledge and experience in system redesign, change and cost efficiency programs.  Her program roles include the development and implementation of the Trust Clinical Services strategy, decommissioning services from acute to primary care and the development of primary/secondary care pathways using an integrated multidisciplinary approach.

In her current role Sadaf is the Program Management Lead for the Academic Health System.
