CIS Clinical Transformation
The Clinical
Information System (CIS) Clinical Transformation began in 2009 as a
collaborative project led by clinicians for clinicians. It required
leadership and engagement of all staff across HMC. This is one of the
largest IT procurements in the GCC with an aggressive implementation,
including the installation of significant infrastructure and training
for eight hospitals over five years.
