Mr. Nasser is certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathology as a specialist in blood banking, SBB(ASCP). He finished his training in blood banking at the University of Texas medical branch UTMB Galveston, USA. He serves as blood bank supervisor and laboratory manager at the pathology and laboratory medicine department of Almoosa Health Group in Alhasa, Saudi Arabia.
He has over 26 years of professional experience in technical and the management of blood banks and clinical laboratories. He was established and achieved CAP and AABB accreditations in several hospitals. He was a member of the committee that established the current CLBB standards. He serves as a consultant, inspector, surveyor, and assessor for national and international organizations in clinical laboratory and blood banking fields, such as the Central Board for Accreditation of Health Care Institutions (CBAHI), the College of American Pathologists (CAP), the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB), and the Council of Health Insurance (CHI)
