Dr. Mohamed Salem Abdelgelil

 Dr. Mohamed is a clinical pharmacist specialist at Hamad Medical Corporation. He graduated from Tanta University in 2001. Dr. Mohamed joined Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) in 2006. He finished his master's in clinical pharmacology at Queen's Belfast in 2014.

Dr. Mohamed is a clinical pharmacist specialist with the General Surgery team, Surgical Intensive Care Unit, and Anticoagulation Clinic. Also, he is a CPPD officer and preceptor in ASHP's residency program. Dr. Abdelgelil is a preceptor for training undergraduate and post-graduate Pharm.D. students of Qatar University, College of Pharmacy. He also provides lectures at international and internal conferences. Also, he organized many education workshops, symposiums, and training courses. Dr. Abdelgelil served as Pyxis manager and integration of Cerner.

Dr. Abdelgelil was a Hospital Society of Crohn's Disease and General Surgery Quality team member. He was awarded the Star of Excellence 2016 in the VTE project and the Start of Excellence in education CPPD and safety collaboration (2019). He is also a member of ACS JCI- CCPC.

Dr. Abdelgelil have  several  published researches and participated in many qualitative and quantitative research. His research interest is currently focusing on Anticoagulation, endocrine, and Pharmacoeconomics.
