Dr. Fatima K. Al-Malki, PhD  
Director of Qatar Anti-Doping Commission, Qatar 
 
Dr Fatima K. Al Malki is the first Director of the Qatar Anti-Doping Commission (QADC) which was established on March 2005 to carry out the anti-doping function on behalf of Qatar Olympic Committee, with the objective of acting as the independent Anti-Doping Organisation for Qatar. 

She was appointed to the position on April 2007, and prior to this she held the position of Assistance Head of the Doping Control Program during the Doha Asian Games 2006. In her eleven years at the QADC she has also served as a Supervisor, Manager, and Coordinator during the most of the major events organized and hosted by Qatar for example but not limited to IAAF, FIVB, IHF, FIE, ISSA, FIA, FINA, FIG, AFC Cup, Arabi Games 2011, World Boxing Championship, and IPC World Athletics Championship. 

Dr.  Al Malki served as a member of several committees for example; Qatar Anti-Doping Disciplinary Panel (2008 –2018), Qatar Sport Medicine Committee (2008 – 2014), NSMP Steering Committee (2009 – 2012), WADA Education Committee (2010- 2014), Qatar Anti- Doping Commission, Qatar Sport Medicine Committee (2008-2014), Enact Law to prevent trafficking in Doping Committee (2013-2015) International Council for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, Sport and Dance (2013-2016), Qatar Anti-Doping Committee (2016 – until now), as well as she is appointed GCC & Yemen RADO Education Sub-committee and Appeal Committee member (2015- until now).
