
Register for the conference
- Along with the notice of acceptance, a registration link will be sent to the submitting author.
- The full names of all authors, affiliations, a short biography, and conflict-of-interest documentation must be provided. The presenting author must be listed first
Prepare and submit the presentation
- The presentation must be prepared in English using the official template provided.
- Text on slides should be large and easy to read (Arial 32 point is recommended). Graphs, tables, and illustrations must be clear and legible.
- Slides must use high-contrast colors, such as dark text on a light background or light text on a dark background.
- The presentation must include:
- Presenter information (professional photograph and biography)
- Presentation Title
- Learning objectives
- Conflict-of-interest disclosure
- Background
- Aims/Objectives
- Methodology
- Results and discussion
- Implications for current and future practice
- Summary and conclusion
- References
- Presentations should apply adult-learning principles appropriate to the content and format.
- In line with CPD requirements, an audience-engagement activity should be integrated where appropriate. Structured question-and-answer discussion or a reflective prompt may be used for data-driven or theoretical presentations
- A selected presenter who does not confirm participation and submit the final presentation by the communicated deadline in November 2026 will be removed from the conference program.
Onsite presentation
- Selected presenters are required to present their paper in person.
- Organize the presentation according to the allocated time.
- Each presenter is allocated 15 minutes for the presentation, followed by 5 minutes for questions and answers. Timings will be strictly observed.
- The presentation must be delivered in English.
