Register for the conference
- Along with the notice of acceptance, a registration link and the poster presentation template will be sent to the submitting author.
- Only posters from registered participants will be displayed in the conference exhibition area.
Prepare and submit the poster using the official template.
- Promotion or marketing of any product or service is strictly prohibited.
Exhibit onsite
- The Organizing Committee will display each selected poster at its allocated station.
- Participants will have designated time to network and visit the exhibition area. A maximum of two presenters may be present at each poster station to discuss the work and answer questions.
