1. Nurses and midwives are eligible to submit abstracts.
  2. Abstracts must be submitted under one identified domain and relevant subtheme. Multiple submissions are permitted from an individual or team.
  3. The abstract must reflect the author's original work, either published or unpublished, undertaken within the last five years.
  4. Abstracts must be submitted in English and checked for grammar and plagiarism. Grammar and plagiarism reports must be included with the submission.
  5. The full names and affiliations of all authors must be provided. The presenting author must be listed first.
  6. A 100-word biography of the presenter must be attached.
  7. The abstract title must be concise and limited to 20 words.
  8. The abstract must not exceed 250 words, excluding the title, keywords, author information, and references. A maximum of five keywords is allowed.
  9. The abstract must include:
    1. Introduction/background
    2. Aims/objectives
    3. Methods
    4. Results
    5. Conclusion
  10. References used in presentation materials must follow APA 7th edition.
  11. The content must not promote personal or commercial products or services.
  12. To avoid potential conflicts of interest, members of the Scientific Program Committee (SPC) and members and organizing committee members are not eligible to submit abstracts or present as Oral Presenters during the conference.
