Head of Vaccination

Dr. Soha Albayat, is currently the head of vaccination at the Ministry of Public Health in Qatar and the national lead for Covid-19 track and trace team. She graduated from the Arabian Gulf University Medical School and holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland and a post-graduate diploma in Travel Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Glasgow; and is a member of the faculty of the  travel medicine department there. She also has degrees in Aviation Medicine, Occupational Medicine and is currently perusing the Arab board degree in Community Medicine. She is a strong advocate and very passionate about public health in general and vaccination in particular.
