At the end of these workshops participants will be able to:

Integration of Spinal and Pelvic Stabilization Devices 
  • Discus and identify the available spinal and pelvic stabilization devices available in the Hamad Trauma Center and Demonstrate proper application and use of the devices.
  • PICCO Monitoring In critical Care 
  • Recognize and describe the importance of PICCO monitoring and practical use of PICCO system.
Traumatic Abdominal Compartment Syndrome 
  • Recognize and describe the importance of measuring IAP for trauma patient and demonstrate IAP measurement.
Reflective Debriefing activities for nurses
  • Identify components of an effective debriefing session
  • Describe the structure of the debriefing process.
Advance communication in breaking news for patient & relative. 
  • Discuss the effective communication of breaking bad news to patients and families.
