Dr. Christian Cable is a hematologist practicing at Scott & White Medical Center in Temple, TX who specializes in stem cell transplantation. He has served as an Internal Medicine Associate Program Director, Hematology-Oncology Fellowship Director and Designated Institutional Official. Dr. Cable is a Harvard Macy Scholar and was a member of the inaugural class of the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute for Health Professions Master’s program in inter-professional education. Dr. Cable has served on the Texas Medical Association Council on Medical Education, American Society of Hematology’s Committee on Training and the American College of Physician’s In Training Examination Committee. Dr. Cable joined the RC Internal Medicine in 2012 and was elected Chair in 2016. Dr. Cable has served as an author in Hematology for the ACP MKSAP series and has presented nationally and internationally on the topics of medical education and advances in Hematology.
