Asmaa Abdelaziz Bahy Abdelbary
Asmaa is a Clinical Pharmacist at Home Health Care Services (HHCS), Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) since 2011. She received her bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2007, a Clinical Pharmacy Diploma in 2010, a certification from the American Board-certified Ambulatory Care in 2014 and Geriatric Pharmacy in 2017. Asmaa was certified as a professional in health care quality in 2020. Majority of her publications are within the area of Medication Therapy Management, having the most recent one in BMC Journal last June 2023. She is leading projects on medications, deprescribing, and improving transition of care for elderly home care patients.
