Joash Flores De Gracia
Joash is a Staff Nurse and Educator Link at the Emergency Department (ED) of Heart Hospital (HH), Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC). He has been in the nursing service for 8 years, focused in critical care services and emergency care services in HH. He is currently leading the Unit Based Council, Value Improvement Program and Person-Centered Care Committee at ED, HH.
Joash attained his degree of Master of Arts in Nursing, Major in Nursing Administration at Trinity University of Asia, Philippines in 2022, and was awarded as an outstanding thesis writer for "Post-Pandemic Assessment of Psychological Well-being and Self-Efficacy of Staff Nurses in Selected Specialty Hospitals."
