Ayat Sulaiman Alsmadi
Ayat is a Head Nurse at the Pediatric Acute Care Unit, Al Maha Pediatric Specialized Care Center (AMPSCC) of Al Wakra Hospital (AWH) and has been with Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) for 11 years.
She recently completed her master's degree in Nursing Administration, where she was recognized for her active participation in quality improvement initiatives and projects. In addition to being a member of the National Value Improvement Collaborative team, Ayat was also part of the publication of "Patient room white board as an effective communication tool: A quality project."
