Dr. Reham Negm
Dr. Reham is the Acting Assistance Executive Director at the Quality Management and Partnerships of Hamad Healthcare Quality Institute (HHQI) and has been with Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) for 20 years. With an MPH, she lectures at CHS-QU, supporting Health Systems Improvement, MPH concentration, and supervising master's students' practicum projects. Dr. Reham is an Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Fellow and IHI improvement Advisor.
Over her 17 years in HMC, she's transformed from front-line Physician to Chief Resident at National Center for Cancer Care & Research (NCCCR), driving JCI accreditation readiness since 2006. She was certified in CPHQ, Six Sigma Green Belt, and clinical microsystems coaching. Now, she is the Executive Manager of the IHI/HMC-HHQI partnership, leading initiatives like National Value Improvement Collaborative. A seasoned educator and coach, her impact resonates across diverse HMC/HHQI programs.
