Jade Paolo S. Concepcion
Jade is a Quality Improvement Reviewer at Ambulatory Care Center (ACC), Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC). He graduated with a degree in BS in Nursing in 2007 and launched his career as an Operating Theater Nurse.
Jade joined HMC in 2011, where he progressed from a staff nurse at Al Wakrah Hospital's Operating Theater to becoming a Charge Nurse. In 2019, he transitioned to Quality Improvement and Patient Safety, bringing his clinical expertise to enhance healthcare standards. As Chapter Lead for Measurement, he plays a pivotal role in fostering a Person-Centered Culture at ACC, actively contributing to its implementation and transformation.
