Dr Michal Kulinski
Dr Michal Kulinski graduated with a master of science in Engineering from the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, Poland and with a Ph.D. degree of natural sciences from the Technical University of Munich, Germany. At HMC, he serves as an Assistant Executive Director (AED) of Academic Health System and Acting/AED for Medical Research Center. In his previous capacity at HMC, Dr Kulinski assisted in the establishment of the administrative and regulatory infrastructure, centralized core laboratories and faculty recruitment at the interim Translational Research Institute of HMC, which he managed between 2014-2020.
In his current role he oversees the academic, financial and operational aspects of the research department, reporting directly to the Chief of Scientific, Academic and Faculty Affairs. He is simultaneously leading operations for the Medical Research Center, overseeing research support staff in the delivery of research governance activities as well as grants management operations for programs and funding within HMC.
