Mr. Husameldin Mohamed Ali Rudwan

Mr. Rudwan is an experienced Human Resources Professional with 19+ years of diverse experience in HR management, HR operations, Strategy Development and Execution in Qatar. He is currently serving as the Assistant Executive Director of HR, Employee Support Services in HR Department at Hamad Medical Corporation. Apart from his role as an Assistant Executive Director, he is also a Panel lead for Qatarization Committee and a National Lead for Retention Strategy for Public Health sector.
He has also played a significant role in establishment of Employee Wellbeing and Wellness section within Employee support Services section and has various successful HR initiatives to his credit, one of it is the recent launch of HR Portal in HMC.
