Alby Prem is the Head Nurse in the HGH Operating Room at HMC since 2013. Beginning as an RN in Neurosurgery, she progressed to Charge Nurse and was promoted to Head Nurse in November 2023. With a BSN and Post Graduation in Hospital Management from India, she is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Health from Warwick University, UK. Her transformative leadership style enables her to navigate current challenges in the unit. Alby's vision is to elevate the nursing profession, ensuring her team provides high-quality standardized care to all patients in the unit
