Dr. Ramachandran Balakrishnan Is employed as a senior consultant in the corporate department of Anesthesia and Intensive care since 2015 by HMC. He was initially the section head of Anesthesia for Rumailah hospital and NCCCR. He was involved in the commissioning of ACC and is an integral member of the ACC executive team. He has been the section head of Anesthesia and director of the operating theatre complex at ACC since the beginning. He is the co-chair of the ACC peri-operative committee. His areas of interest apart from clinical anesthesia are operations process management and change management
