GRACE MAITRI
With 25 years of experience in nursing, she has spent over two decades in Operating Room Leadership and Management. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from SNDT University in Mumbai, India, and a Master's in Nursing, specializing in Child Health and Well-being from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. Currently pursuing membership with the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland, she manages three critical clinical areas: Pediatric ORs, Obstetrics and Gynecology ORs, and the Endoscopy Department. In her current role, she oversees 22 operating rooms, coordinating diverse cases such as IR, Cath lab, CICU, and NICU. As one of the Co-Chairs for the Perioperative Steering Committee, she is recognized for her strong leadership, adaptability, and advocacy. She is committed to building cohesive, valued teams and believes in the transformative power of communication.
